“Por una nueva Constitución” Volumen 1. Este fanzine nace en el deseo de reescribir Chile. Desde el 18 de octubre la rabia y euforia excedieron nuestros cuerpos y nos congregaron en la protesta. La violencia de la policía y el Estado han acechado y mutilado constantemente a quienes se han manifestado estos días. Hoy nos convocamos a imaginar una nueva Constitución para que sea un hito en el proceso de habitar-nos de una forma nueva, esta vez con dignidad, igualdad y con el goce de estar juntxs. NO HABRÁ PAZ SIN JUSTICIA. Los textos acá compilados fueron escritos el 15 de diciembre 2019 en la explanada de @centrogam en Santiago de Chile. Este es el primer ejemplar de la serie “Por una Nueva Constitución” de Proyecto Escritura. Esperamos recoger textos hasta que por fuerza de imaginar se haga posible. (Prólogo Fanzine)

“For a new Constitution”, January 2020 At the entrance of Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center and with the support of the center’s library, we set up an intervention to write the new Constitution, a Chilean Magna Carta that this time will be written by the citizens. One of the most significant demands rising out of the social uprising has been for a new constitution. Do we know what the current one says? What do we want to include in the new one? How do we want it to be written? Using the current constitution’s articles as a starting point, we invited passersby to write their own. Migration, disability, gender equality, and the right to education and health were the topics that made up this intervention’s fanzine.
